\"Perky\" was a baby figure that Dr Pepper started using in the 50\'s for various bottler and promotional contests. Thi sone was probably meant to be on a wooden base and was some sort of bottler award but this is how I got it. It does have a threaded hole in the base allowing it to be mounted on something. Both bottles in his hands screw off if you needed to remove them, why I don\'t know. Nothing os broken or damaged.
