Featuring a greatNippon tea set.

Includes: 1) a teapot with tea strainer and lid measuring about 4 1/2\" tall including the lid and about 8\" from handle to spout,

2) a sugar bowl with lid measuring about 4\" tall including the lid and about 6 1/2\" from handle to handle,

3) a creamer measuring about 2 3/4\" tall and about 5\" from handle to spout

4) a saucer measuring about 5 5/8\" in diameter.

They are elaborately decorated with a floral motif -cobalt body with pink and green flowers with gold dot and diamond accents.

The pieces are signed underneath with a red and gold floral stamp.

The tea strainer has multiple chips on the edge (see pic). The saucer has a flat chip on the edge about 1/2\" in size.

No other damage is noted.

All of the items show normal wear from use.

They show very little surface wear - the wear is mostly to the gold trim on the handles and around the rims

They are very ornate and show a lot of workmanship.

A great addition to your Nipponcollection - or makes a neat gift.
