Why buy from us:The majority of the products listed in our sales are pulled from \"our own\" working environments. Usually when we upgrade to newer hardware. Some companies will buy \'lots\' of used parts and then resell the parts to you, without knowing the condition of the parts. Because our items are pulled from working environments, you are assured of the quality of our sales. Our inventory are individually stored in a climate controlled warehouse and individually in static free bags. We offer fast shipping, and you can be assured we will pack your product properly for a safe transit with tracking details. If you pay early, we will usually get your order out the same day with tracking!Who & Where are you buying from: Located and shipping from the United States. Don\'t get caught buying counterfeit cables, or hardware from overseas. Your production system is important and will reject the fakes.
Shipping:
Tracking information will be available in your account after shipment. Some high value items will require a signature upon delivery, alternatively you can hold packages at UPS/Fedex facilities for pickup. Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska may be excluded from free shipping (if you are from PR,HI, AK, email us before offerding). Oversized items may need to ship freight (email us with questions), free shipping does not apply to any oversized shipments (email us first). Unfortunately, we cannot ship via third party accounts.
Shipping (expedited):
In many of out sales, there is an option to ship via FedEx express. Orders will ship the same day if (1) paid early / Eastern Time, (2) on a business day (3) order is not a large item which needs prep. Third Party Shipping: We cannot ship via \"third party billing\" because of chargebacks. If you need something quickly, arrange it with us via messaging first.
Ship Times:Items are usually shipped within 24 hours after payment on business days. Payments received after hours, weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Larger orders ship within 24-48 hours on business days, if there are any more expected delays, we will contact you via messaging. If you need an item via express, contact us before offerding so we can make arrangements. We ship via Fedex Ground, Fedex 2 day, Postal Priority & First Class and UPS. FEDEX 2 day is available for many products (use drop down on checkout) APO / PO boxes:
Any orders with PO or APO/AE addresses will be shipped via US MAIL. Please allow enough time for transit with US mail as the carrier.
Damages from shipping:
If you receive a damage package, inform the delivery person immediately and please let us know via messaging so we can help to make it right.
Sales Tax:
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to certain states. The sales tax will be calculated during checkout or will be collected at the time of shipping
Technical Support / Model #s:It is your sole responsibility to know what you are buying, and if it is compatible. Please visit manufacture web sites for full specs, FRU/GPN/Spart Part #s and other information.
We do not provide technical support on any of the products. If are having technical difficulties with your product, you will need to contact the manufacturer for technical support.
International Orders:
All International orders are shipped FOB USA, (duties, brokerage fees and any customs fees are responsibility of the buyer). Important: In the event of a defective item for \"International Shipments\", the buyer is responsibility for the shipping charges of the item back to us, and the return shipping (the exchange). Make sure your address is correct and complete, if an item is not deliverable because of unpaid brokerage fees, taxes, custom fees or incorrect address, we will restock the item and refund only the original product price minus original shipping/return shipping charges and a restock fee.
Custom Orders:
Message us for custom quantities, or if you need something \'built\' out. (ie: We are selling a server chassis, we can fill the entire chassis with drives, memory, power supplies etc. from our inventory)

Returns:
We offer returns on most products if the request is made within 30days of receipt of each shipment. We provide a 30 day DOA warranty on all products we ship.After 30 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer for any issues you are having with the product.Damages or other shipping issues must be reported to us within 24 hours. A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before sending your item back. Please send a message through requesting the RA. Please allow 24 - 48 business hours for us to issue and send you a RA number. You will receive instructions on where and how to return the product via . We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned item and less original shipping fees. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories. Any item returned incomplete, altered or damaged will be refused. Customer pays shipping to return the product to our location and will also be charged additional shipping for a new product to be sent out. We track serial #s and have security measures in place to identify our products. If serial #s or markings are defaced or altered, the RA is void.Below are some examples of non-returnable items.

• Physical damaged items after being signed for in good condition
• Items that have been installed, physically altered, or where wires have been cut
