This 3/2 rod has been totally refurbished with new varnish and orange & black jasper wraps (& double black tipping) I do not have any history on the rod so I don\'t know who did the restoration but as the pictures show it looks nicely done. the butt and mid section were originally from a longer rod that was shortened at the ferrules. When flexed, this rod is a bit stiffer in action . Both tips are Grangers (with 3x3 nodes) but are lighter in color .. The original \'Wright & McGill\' & \'Granger Victory\' rubber stamping was preserved. The 6 1/2\" Western style handle is the correct size for 9\' rods and it is in very good condition. The full nickel silver Granger reel seat works smoothly and has been polished to a bright finish. This rod comes with a replacement bag and W&M black fiber tube with a label marked for a 9\' (model 9055) rod.
