Here is the heatsink and fan I just pulled from a Mac Pro 4,1. It was used with a 2.66 GHz quad core Xeon W3520, but will work with any compatible socket 1366 Xeon in a single socket A1289 Mac Pro 4,1 or 5,1 from 2009 or 2010. It includes one fan and copper heatpipes for one processor only. This will not work in a Mac Pro with dual processor sockets.
