Due to the age and obsolescence of these items, and also the many variations of Apple 2 configurations and various non-Apple floppy drive brands used with the Apple II there can be no warranty expected or implied and no guarantee of compatibility with any other Apple 2 system. No replacements are available and no returns will be accepted. Read all item descriptions. Sales are final. It may take several days now before tracking information shows.
As far as SHIPPING DAMAGE goes, I am now adding a small \'Handling Fee\' to pay for insurance as this is the only way allowed on to pass insurance costs to the buyer. So therefore ALL shipments will now be insured and I won\'t be responsible for any damages caused by the Post Office. A claim must be filed to recover item value and items must be held by the buyer for inspections and instructions from the Post Office. I \'WILL NOT\' accept damaged shipments back to me OR reimburse any buyer for any \'return postage\' to return a carrier-damaged shipment. The BUYER must file a claim with the Post Office and follow their instructions, period! I wish life was more friendly but it just isn\'t. Damage claims against my shipments so far: Zero-0.

My shipping window starts when the buyer completes his checkout, not from the time the sale ends! No Post Office Boxes! PO boxes are for letters, not packages. If a buyer sends me an POBox on the ship label instead of an address IT WILL NOT SHIP! It will be held until you provide a valid street address. If you can\'t do so, your win will be CANCELLED, period. I am tired of trying to hunt down buyers from my end to go get their stuff at THEIR end from their Post Office.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Once again, NO International buyers, AND AGAIN---NO buyers that AREN\'T in the USA! I don\'t know how to make it plainer but some people don\'t seem to get it. My preferences are now set to reject all international offers so don\'t ask. If an international buyer wins and the ship to is out of the USA your offer will be cancelled. This is my option and choice, not meant to dis anyone but I don\'t want to deal with customs stuff--plain and simple! Find a domestic USA contact to offer for you and have them ship it to your country after they get it, just a suggestion.
