We accept pay pal, credit cards, and cashiers checks. Full payment of the merchandise must be made within 5 days of the close of the sale. Note a Dallas County sales tax of 8.25% will be added on all customers shipping to or residing in Texas.
This item comes with a limited 14-day warranty. Item is guaranteed against DOA. We will not accept non-defective items unless item is seriously different from the one described in this sale. Items that damaged as a result of user error or are altered will void the warranty. Buyer must inform the seller within warranty period of any defects or problems.
Shipping & Handling:
Shipping & handingto be calculated and based upon your location. International buyers are welcome though I would request that you email me prior to purchasing. Some packages my require special handling.For local pick-ups, items can be picked up in Irving, Texas during our normal business hours.
All packages are shipped via UPS or USPS and will be shipped as soon as payment for the merchandise is received and confirmed. I will not ship the product on your account under any circumstances.
Insurance and Returns:
Insurance is the responsibility of the customer; JT Computer does not hold itself liable for shipping damage to merchandise. Insurance must be purchased and paid for at the time that shipping and handling payment is due, in accordance to the regulations set forth by the carrier. All items are considered property of the seller upon release for shipment. Warranty is valid upon customer receipt of item. We will not cover any items returned because of buyer's remorse, incorrect purchase, or items that are damaged/tampered with by the buyer. All defective items under warranty stated above must contact JT Computer Marketing (otherwise known herein as the seller) for RMA Authorization prior to shipping the item back to the seller. Buyer agrees to incur the costs of shipping the item back to the seller in the event that an RMA is issued.
