Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Canada Shipping:The shipping prices listed are for the 48 contiguous states. If you want the product to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii please request an invoice as the flat shipping fee does not apply for these areas. We will search for the cheapest shipping to your area. As a general rule we do not ship to Canada but we do make exceptions if the customer is willing to schedule the shipping and handle the customs paperwork.

30-Day Warranty:This product is warranted for 30 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Any Defective or DOA product must be reported within 30 days of shipment. Each product is tested and is in working condition when it is shipped. Unfortunately on rare occasion, damages may occur during shipment or we may make a shipping mistake. If this happens, don\'t worry, we will stand behind our products!
Warranty Return Policy:We reserve the right to provide either a replacement product or refund if the product is found to be defective. No returns will be processed after the the warranty period is over.
Restocking Fee:Please make sure this is the item you need. Although we warrant item to be in good working condition, we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software. If any doubt, or need more information, please visit the manufacturer\'s web site or call their customer service before placing your offer. There is a 20% restocking fee for returning an item that is not defective.
