  • Warranty issues cover the functionality of the routers and switches only and should be reported with 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns must have all original packag costs and insurance.
  • All shipping charges (DELIVERY & RETURN) are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Items shipped to US and Canada addresses can only be returned for an exchange. No refund will only be given if we do not have a replacement unit in stock
  • Items shipped to international address outside of North America can only be returned for a refund. We will not offer exchange for international shipments
  • Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
  • Our return/refund policy is non-negotiable
