Credit Card
If you choose to check out with a credit card please contact us to obtain our credit card authorization form. The card holder\'s signature is required for approval of the payment. Physical shipping addresses must be confirmed with the card-issuing bank as the billing or alternate shipping customers must make payment via PayPal.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7.5% will be applied for buyers within the state of California. Buyers are responsible for county taxes. If your company is tax-exempt, please contact us.
Shipping
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours after receiving payment. We process orders during business hours only. We will not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. All shipments will be insured in full and FedEx is Enterasource\'s preferred carrier of choice. Note: In some cases, based upon weight, hard drives will be shipped in a separate package for safer shipping.
Shipping Accounts
If you have a FedEx, UPS or DHL account, please let us know and we will use your shipping account to send the equipment out contact us for an accurate international freight quote. Buyer is responsible for all Duties and Taxes. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Return Merchandise Agreement
Please contact us for a RMA form. Once the form has been filled out you will be sent a confirmation email and your replacement part(s) will be sent out next business day. If we need the failed part(s) back we will send a return label for them.
Return Policy
Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods. Buyer pays for return shipping. No returns accepted without a RMA. Shipping costs are non-refundable and there is a 20% re-stocking fee for all non-defective items returned.
