Shipping Cost - We use plastic bubble, foam peanuts and/orcustom foam pack to insure proper protection for your shipment. Insurance isincluded with every shipment. Our shipping cost is competitive, but it may be alittle higher in order to assure safe delivery for your item. All shipmentsare sent via UPS. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We do not ship USPS.Please allow 3-5 business days for packaging plus the normal UPS delivery timefrom Chicago to your region. Pleaseallow extra time around holiday periods. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Warning - Please let the equipment warm up to roomtemperature before plugging it in and powering it up. Condensation, due to thetemperature change, can cause critical components to “pop” causing failure. UPSdoes not have heated/air conditioned trucks.
Product warranty: Unless otherwise noted, theequipment has been tested by one of our technicians and found to be in good workingorder. If DOA, a replacement will be provided. Notification of failure must begiven within 7 days of delivery. If a replacement is not available, a refund ofthe sales price will be given upon return of the unit with matching a serialnumber and all items shipped with the machine.Equipment must be returned to the seller within 14 days of the delivery date, including the RMA number provided by us and in theoriginal packaging (packing and boxes) in which it was received. Buyer paysreturn shipping. This warranty does not cover minor cosmetic defects such asblemishes, scratches and color defects. Warranty does not cover misused ormishandling of equipment and is not offered on user-installed components. Notebookbatteries are not warranted to hold a charge. Restocking details: Restockingfees are applicable. For items that sell for under $250, the restocking fee is$40 plus any published shipping charges on the listing. Buyer is responsiblefor expense of return shipment and returning equipment in the same condition inwhich it shipped.
