About Us Returns Shipping Warranty

Technology Locker Pty Ltd specialise in the supply of brand new and refurbished IT and Telecoms equipment. Previously our business traded as Shine IT Supplier Pty Ltd, we made the decision to re-brand our business as Technology Locker Pty Ltd, August 2016. Technology Locker provides asset recovery services to companies throughout Asia-Pacific, today working with some of the largest multi-national companies in the world. Our dedicated team work efficiently to audit, test and refurbish used equipment which can be re-deployed by businesses looking to reduce costs for IT and Telecom equipment. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like a direct relationship with our account managers.

Technology Locker will provide a replacement product or in case Technology Locker does not have a replacement available we will refund the money paid (terms apply for warranty and out-of-warranty returns). The customer is responsible for returning the faulty product back to us within our warranty period which will be as stated on the product advert. Technology Locker may require 5 to 7 working days to replace the faulty product. We will ship the replacement product out to our customer at our expense. Technology Locker accepts out-of--warranty returns (within 7 days of Technology Locker shipping the product to our customer) if you change your mind or have purchased a product by mistake. There will be a charge of 25% of the product sale price (returns re-stocking fee) and it is the customer responsibility to return the product in its original form. If any changes have been made to the product or packaging Technology Locker may at our discretion, reject the product return. If you have any issue with any product you have purchased from us, please communicate the issue before returning any product back to our business

The product(s) will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days following receipt of payment.

Domestic Shipments

Product Inspections and local pick-ups from our facility are welcomed but we only accept CASH ON COLLECTION (no other payment methods are accepted unless the payment has been made in advance of your visit).

Collecting or inspecting products at our facility:

Please arrange collection via email. Pickup times are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Pickups on Saturdays are available via scheduled appointments between 10amand 3pm only. Tracking services can be requested at time of purchase.

When multiple products are purchased in one order, the products may be combined into one parcel to reduce the shipping cost. Technology Locker accept combine shipping, please contact us in advance of placing your order and Technology Locker will evaluate if shipping costs can be reduced on the required products and quantities.

We do not ship to PO BOX addresses

International Shipments

Overseas customers please contact us for shipping costs.

Costs such as duties, taxes, brokerage fees and additional tariffs or charges are the responsibility of the customer but can be discussed prior to orders being placed. For international shipments Technology Locker will provide a tracking number.

If you have any issue with product delivery, please communicate those issues to us as soon as possible.

All Technology Locker products come with at least 30 days return-to-base warranty.

Many of our products are provided with a longer warranty and this is made clear within the main product advert and also stated on the Technology Locker invoice (if the warranty is more than 30 days).

Should you have an issue outside of our standard warranty, please do contact us as we may be able to repair the item or supply replacement parts if we have availability.

WHY NOT TRY OUR EXTENDED WARRANTY OR ADVANCE REPLACEMENT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT.

Available at time of purchase you can choose to protect your investment by purchasing our one to three year extended warranty or advance replacement maintenance contract.
