Shipping rates generally depend on the weights and dimensions of the product, the location from which shipment is made and the shipping address of the Customer. We will endeavor to obtain competitive shipping rates but can not guaranty that shipping will be the least expensive available. It is the Customer’s responsibility to examine the shipment and all claims for shortage, damage and shipment errors must be made in writing to the Seller within five (5) days after receipt of shipment. We may impose a fifteen percent (15%) Return/Restocking Fee plus applicable handling charges on shipments that are refused or returned to the Seller due to an invalid shipping address.

Seller warrants that for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery allProducts purchased through our sales will be in working condition undernormal usage. We do not further warrant in any way the functionality orperformance of any item. In the event of any breach of this Limited Warranty,the sole responsibility of the Seller will be to replace the item in questionwith the same or a substantially equivalent Product or refund the amount paidby the Customer at the sole discretion of the Seller. This Limited Warrantyapplies only to the actual items purchased on our sales. This LimitedWarranty does not extend to cosmetic damage or ordinary wear and tear,battery life, failure to follow instructions, if any,

included with the Product, damage, abuse,misuse or accident by Customer or modification, repair or service of theProduct by anyone other than the Seller or as authorized by the Seller. It isthe Customer’s responsibility to assure compatibility of the Productpurchased with other software, hardware or equipment, and “incompatibility”is not covered by this Limited Warranty.

EXCEPTSPECIFICALLY AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSEDOR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY ORFITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE,OR RESPECTING INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PATENT, TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT OROTHER RIGHT, ALL OF WHICH WARRANTIES THE SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS. For any return RMA (return material authorization) must be obtainedfrom the Seller. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Seller, Customer mustprepay return shipping costs. RMA’s shall be valid for a period of fifteen(15) days after issuance and returned items must be received by the Companywithin such 15-day period. Rejected items may be returned within 30 days ofpurchase, in their original condition as received by the Customer – the completeproduct in the original carton with all equipment, packaging and accessories.A 15% Return/Restocking Fee plusapplicable handling charges on shipments that are returned to the Seller willbe charged unless the product is defective. The Seller may decline anyreturns received more than 30 days after the date of purchase where theproduct is not defective.

AS-IS items are advertised assuch, are sold with all faults and no warranty is provided.
