We are based in the GTA - Greater Toronto Area Local pickups are available at no charge; please call to arrange a pickup time. Local delivery within the GTA area is available at a flat fee of $30 for most items. Canadian Clients: We ship from our end within one business day of receiving cleared payment. US Lower 48 States: Shipping from within the US, shipped from our end within 3 business days, usually sooner (We clear customs and ship from the US about once a week, or as required) A contact telephone number is required by UPS for shipments processed to US destinations. For immediate shipping, or shipping to areas outside the lower 48 states, please call for a quotation, in which case the following applies: Shipping Rates quoted include "Free Domicile" (DDP - Deliver Duty Paid) shipping for orders over $300; they include Freight charges, Customs paperwork preparation, Brokerage fees and Duties. Free domicile means that we will pre-pay all applicable duties. This way, your package can be processed quickly once it arrives in the US, and purchasing your product from us is as seamless as buying from a local supplier. No surprises upon delivery, no invoices showing up a month later!
