You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before SupplySale will process your return. You may return a defective product up to 30 days from the date on your invoice. Returns will not be accepted after this 30-day period. Anything returned without an RMA # will be refused and shipped back to the buyer.
If a product you ordered is defective, please complete our RMA FORM to obtain an RMA number and instructions for its return or exchange. Incomplete non-defective returns will not be accepted. Shipping cost is not refundable. Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that our RMA department will be available to process returns/exchanges on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
