Payment

PAYPAL is the only current method of payment accepted.

An invoice will be sent at the end of the sale. Payments are required to be made within 72 hours unless notified in writing (email). After this time the item will be considered as in default and it may be relisted and resold.

Local Pick-Up Items

UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE (See below); WE OFFER A SEVEN DAY \"DEAD ON ARRIVAL\" (DOA) WARRANTY ON ALL NEW and USED Desktops, Towers, Laptops, CPU’s, Memory, Tape Drives, Graphics Cards and Hard Drives.

*Please note - this does not cover damage incurred during installation or use. We only guarantee that your item was in working condition when you received it.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE ON ANY SERVERS, RACKMOUNT EQUIPMENT, TESTING EQUIPMENT, OSCILLOSCOPES OR PROJECTORS.

All Items that we have listed under the category of “For Parts or Not Working” are UNTESTED or have extreme damages. We do not guarantee functionality of these “for parts or not working” items. All sales are FINAL for these items as we DO NOT cover them under our DOA warranty.

If applicable, refunds will be given ONLY AFTER the item is returned, to us complete and with any and all documentation. (Please include a copy of the invoice we sent with the item. This will make the refund process faster.)

Items that include a battery and/or and a/c adapter are tested for functionality unless otherwise specified. We will guarantee these items for 30 days from the date of purchase.

We do not include any form of software with laptops, desktops, mini towers, workstations, servers or hard drives. Any item sold with a hard drive has been wiped clean of ALL information and therefore will not contain an operating system (unless stated otherwise) and you will need to purchase the operating system separately for these products.

**For items that have the Microsoft Windows operating system (O.S.) installed, there may be some system and/or component software drivers that will need to be updated by the buyer. These items have the most current system drivers installed as required by the software installation at the time it was performed.**

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST. We are closed on the weekends and all items paid between 2:00 p.m. on Friday thru Sunday will be shipped on following business day.

Our facility will be closed on the following dates in 2014: May 26th, July 4th, September 1st, November 27th and 28th and December 25th and 31st.
