fYou are looking at a great server! This 2U Rack Mountable Server is in good, clean condition and was recently pulled from a climate controlled facility. The exterior of the server is in good condition but it has some scuffs and scratches consistent with cabinet mounting, server stacking and normal use. At SaveMyServer we stand behind our refurbished servers. For our testing process we follow the same routine that we use to load our production servers. We set up the bios, configure the controllers, build an array, update the drivers and firmware, install the operating system and run diagnostics. That's right, we perform a clean install on each server. For most servers, we load a clean install of Windows 2008 Server evaluation edition. We also perform the Dell OpenManage PowerEdge updates, bringing the components like the system bios, PERC RAID, network interface and other Dell drivers up to their latest version. We can spend hours refurbishing a server. We don't use ghost images because they are unreliable across different configurations and third party components. When a server goes out our door, we know that it is ready for a production environment.

We know you would rather have your purchase sooner than later so we ship as fast as possible. We try our best to ship most of our packages by FedEx Ground the same business day if checkout is completed by 2:00PM EST.

Emergency Overnight Service: On many parts and some servers we offer emergency overnight shipping. Contact us if you need this service. Overnight shipping is expensive but we understand the urgency when a production server is down.
Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Canada Shipping: The shipping prices listed are for the 48 contiguous states. If you want the product to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii please request an invoice as the flat shipping fee does not apply for these areas. We will search for the cheapest shipping to your area. As a general rule we do not ship to Canada but we do make exceptions if the customer is willing to schedule the shipping and handle the customs paperwork.

30-Day Warranty: This product is warranted for 30 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Any Defective or DOA product must be reported within 30 days of shipment. Each product is tested and is in working condition when it is shipped. Unfortunately on rare occasion, damages may occur during shipment or we may make a shipping mistake. If this happens, don't worry, we will stand behind our products!
Warranty Return Policy: We reserve the right to provide either a replacement product or refund if the product is found to be defective. No returns will be processed after the the warranty period is over.
Restocking Fee: Please make sure this is the item you need. Although we warrant item to be in good working condition, we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software. If any doubt, or need more information, please visit the manufacturer's web site or call their customer service before placing your offer. There is a 20% restocking fee for returning an item that is not defective.
Payment
Payment Requirements: Payment must be received within 7 days of close of sale. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days. If you, for some reason, can not pay within 7 days, please notify us of your situation. If after 7 days we have not received payment without notification, we will file for a non-paying buyer notification, and we will resell the item.
Sales Tax: If we are shipping to an address in the state of Georgia, a sales tax of 6% of the purchase price will be added to your transaction. There is no sales tax charged for shipping to states besides Georgia.
We use the automated system to process non-payment claims after 7 days.
