We\'re not crazy, if there were something included that would increase the value of that item we\'d have shown it and mentioned it.
• Used items will sometimes have scratches, scuffs, dings, dust or dirt. We don\'t accept returns for minor cosmetic defects.
• Payment for all items must be received at our California facility within 2 days of the sale close. At 2 days if your payment has not been received the Unpaid Item Assistant automatically opens an unpaid item case. In another 2 days the Unpaid Item Assistant automatically closes that case. This all works automatically so please pay promptly so all this won\'t have to happen. It\'s not us; it\'s the automatic system.
• Pickups are welcome, just let us know by emailing through the ask seller a question link or with the email link.
• Returns: Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported with in 5 days after item being received; otherwise, no return or refund will be allowed. Please fully inspect the item on arrival, if it is damaged by the shipping company take pictures of item and box and email them to us. We DO NOT accept Returns for Non Defective Items.Shipping cost is non-refundable. Returns must have all the original packaging and accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and insurance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
