ServerPartsFast is an independent distributor of servers and components located in Atlanta, Georgia. We buy servers and enterprise equipment that is surplus, off lease, or otherwise not needed. We purchase both new and old equipment. We recycle the older equipment and sale off any working components that retain value. We specialize in Dell and HP servers and offer economical and evironment-friendly recycling services. If you have excess equipment in bulk please contact us for more information.

Offers
For most of our items we allow you to submit offers to us. Please keep in mind these general rules of thumb when submitting an offer:
- Make sure your offer is within 10% of the current price - we price our items competitively and a majority of the time we offer the lowest price at the time we listed it.
- Do not try to use any special terms with an offer. We won't offer free shipping. Don't ask for it.
Shipping Shipping
We know you would rather have your purchase sooner than later so we ship as fast as possible. We try our best to ship most of our packages by FedEx Ground the same business day if checkout is completed by 2:00PM EST. On many items we offer multiple shipping options in addition to the standard ground shipping. Click on the shipping tab at the top of this listing for other shipping options.
Emergency Overnight Service: Contact us if you need this service. Overnight shipping can be expensive, and we understand the urgency when a production server is down.
Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Canada Shipping: The shipping prices listed are for the 48 contiguous states. If you want the product to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii please request an invoice as the flat shipping fee does not apply for these areas. We will search for the cheapest shipping to your area. As a general rule we do not ship to Canada but we do make exceptions if the customer is willing to schedule the shipping and handle the customs paperwork.
Terms Terms60-day Satisfaction Guarantee
All items we sell that aren't marked as "for parts or repair" offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date it was received. Our products are in guaranteed working(see exceptions) condition before leaving our warehouse. We do not guarantee any sort of manufacturer warranties if one exists.
Exceptions:
Any products marked as "for parts or repair" have no guarantees, and we do not accept returns for these items.
Returns ReturnsRefunds & Returns
Here at ServerPartsFast we understand the frustration of a product not functioning properly. If you receive a product like this, please contact us through and allow us to respond in as timely a manner as possible.
We have an excellent rating and will always stand behind our products. All RMA items must be returned in their original condition and must include all items including the packaging. If the returned item has additional damage(dented, chipped, cracked, etc.) or is missing items, a fair estimated value will be returned.
We reserve the right to replace a dysfunctional item first. If we are unable to replace it a refund for your purchase will be issued.
A 20% restocking fee applies to returns due to customer errors or items returned that are tested and working appropriately. Returned shipments must include tracking on the shipment.
