We are only authorized to ship to addresses confirmed on the buyer\'s PayPal account or the address specified with the buyer\'s credit card company.
We do not ship to PO boxes or APE/FPO.
Payment
We process payment through PayPal. Credit cards and e-check payments are also accepted through PayPal. PayPal is only accepted for customers in the United States.

Warranty & Terms
Defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all non-defective items returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
For returns, please contact us for an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on software or servers that include software.
All servers and storage arrays include at least a 1 year parts replacement warranty.
