International sales are not eligible for any warranties or returns. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the purchaser. If item arrives with damaged packaging, please refuse shipment. For any shipping damage and the package delivery is not refused, buyer must participate with the FedEx claims process, which usually takes 5-7 business days after filing the claim, before returning the package for a refund. Refunds will not be granted until the item has been returned at the buyer\'s expense (or returned by refusing shipment) and seller receives the item and verifies it. Alternatively, a refund will be granted when seller receives notification from Fed Ex that a claim will be paid out for shipping damage.
