SHIPPING:
We do not ship to addresses with a P.O. Box (Since UPS will not ship to these addresses, there are no exceptions) If payment is made by paypal, we can only ship to the confirmed address on the paypal account. If payment is made by credit card, we can only ship to the billing address of the card being used. Unless otherwise stated in the sale "Free Shipping" only applies to continental U.S. addresses. Hawaii and Alaska buyers will need to contact us to get a shipping quote.

RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within 14 days. A 20% Restocking Fee is applied and Initial shipping charges are not refunded. Buyer pays for return shipping. Serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping and confirmed during the return process.
