•DAMAGE CLAIMS: Damage to merchandise during shipping MUST be reported to us immediately upon discovery. ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS MUST BE SAVED and submitted at time of pickup or inspection.
•We require a signature as proof of delivery on all FedEx shipments. If you are NOT going to be available to sign for the parcel, it will be your responsibility to arrange receipt of the item.
•Any item returned to us as “non-deliverable”, will require additional money for re-shipment.
