Where do our items come from?
We purchase the majority of our systems from liquidation centers and refurbish the units to working condition when needed. We do our best to describe the history, condition, & functionality of each unit to the best of our knowledge. Please keep in mind that we do not have any history on these units so all we can provide is what we have determined in our testing process.
Warranty and Returns
A 14-day Dead on Arrival or Damage in shipping warranty is offered on almost all items. The exception to this are any items listed and being sold As-Is; For Parts; or Not Working. Any item listed As-Is; For Parts; or Not Working will have NO warranty and we will NOT accept returns
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any item returned to us
Some of the items we sell are still covered under manufacture warranty. If you are experiencing problems with functionality, please contact the manufacture and utilize the warranty.
Exchanges may be available on some products
Payment and Checkout
We accept payments via PayPal only. Payments must be received within 4 days from the sale/sale end date. If payment is not received, a dispute will automatically be opened in for non-payment. This is an automatic process not manual so please pay promptly.
Shipping
Your item will ship within 1 business day of your payment being received and cleared through PayPal. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only. Our office is closed on Weekends and Holidays.
All items include a tracking number, which is uploaded to for your reference. Any item over $250.00 will be insured and will require a signature upon delivery.
We use USPS for small items and will use Economy shipping unless another option was selected during checkout. Any item less than 16oz will be shipped USPS First Class mail. USPS Priority Mail is available for a small fee and must be selected at checkout.
We use FedEx Ground or Home Delivery to ship larger items. Most FedEx Ground/Home Delivery packages are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. If you need FedEx 2-Day or Overnight options, please send us a message with your zip code and we will send you the cost.
International Buyers
We use s Global Shipping Program for any international shipment. We are unable to edit charges for shipping, custom fees, or import taxes. Please refer to s help pages for information on how this program works. To calculate shipping to your country, please use the shipping calculator in the listing. We will only ship to the countries listed in the shipping calculator.
