RefurbishingProcess & Quality Control Testing

Computers,computer parts, digital accessories and assorted electronics are ourspecialty, that's all we do. Every computer we take in is firstinspected and it's condition assessed to make sure it meets ourstrict, resale quality control guidelines. If there is extensivedamage and/or multiple scratches to the exterior housing, thecomputer will not be offered for resale and either demanufactured orrecycled

• Every computer is completely disassembled, cleaned and every component inspected and tested.

• If the motherboard has bad, defective caps and/or discoloration due to excessive heat the computer is either demanufactured or recycled and will not be offered for resale.

• Hard Drives and Optical Drives are inspected, cleaned, tested and replaced if needed. In many cases we will remove an older DVD/CD Optical Drive and install a newer drive in it's place.

• Memory is inspected, cleaned, tested and, in some cases, upgrade and additional memory added to improve the performance of the computer.

• Fans are inspected, cleaned and tested to insure proper operation and optical performance.

• Power supplies are inspected, cleaned and tested to make sure they are operating within factory specifications.

• Any existing OS is removed, all data is erased and drives are wiped clean

• A new, legal OS is install and all outstanding updates are added. The OS we install is dependent on the equipment.

Anycomputer, or computer component, that does not meet our rigorousquality control guidelines will be demanufactured for possible partsresale or scheduled for recycling, but will never be offered forresale.

Ifit doesn't look good on the outside (and inside) and it doesn't runlike new, we don't sell it!
