Shipping
All items will be shipped via FedEx / UPS (and Courier for some orders)and will require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one available for signature or if there is no one available to receive the package, you will need to pick up the package from your nearest FedEx / UPSfacility. Please provide a valid ship to addresswithin the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska isexcluded from this shipping price and any difference in the shipping price to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska will be charged to the customer at the time ofshipping.(FedEx / UPScannot deliver to APO / FPO / PO boxes). Also, please provide a valid phone number during checkout so that we can include this with your shipment. This will help to prevent any shipping delays and will allow FedEx / UPSto contact you if there are any delivery issues. We cannot request that FedEx / UPSdeliver the package without signature - they will not remove the signature requirement from the shipment.
Items normally ship within 24 - 48 hours. Some items may require handling time of greater than 48 hours. If Second Day or Overnight shipping is requested, we will ship the orders out in the order they were received. Always calculate the 24 - 48 hour handling time when estimating the arrival date of your shipment. We will notify you if your item is expected to take longer than 48 hours to ship. We cannot ship to APO / FPO / PO boxes or states outside the 48 contiguous states.
Not all products can be shipped internationally. If you do not see an international shipping rate during checkout, please email us for the shipping rates for your country. International customers are responsible for customs and all duty and import taxes and fees. We are not responsible for paying these fees. FedEx / UPSwill attempt to collect these taxes upon delivery of the shipment. We cannot prevent customs from holding your package. Returns
We offer returns on most products if the request is made within 30days of receipt of each shipment. We provide a 30 day DOA warranty on all products we ship.After 30 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer for any issues you are having with the product. A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before sending your item back. Please send a message through requesting the RA. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for us to issue and send you a RA number. You will receive instructions on where and how to return the product via . We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned item. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories. Any item returned incomplete will be refused. Customer pays shipping to return the product to our location and will also be charged additional shipping for a new product to be sent out.
