- CPU/Motherboard-- The laptop passes POST testing with no error codes.
- LCD Display-- The screen has no more than 3 dead pixels, or light and dark spots. (If not mentioned in condition description, assume 0).
- Laptop Lid-- The lid opens and closes without difficulty. The hinges are strong.
- Battery(if included)-- The battery charges to 100% and holds this charge for at least 45 minutes.
- Memory-- The laptop powers on with the installed RAM. RAM passes self-diagnostic testing.
- Power Supply(if included)-- The power supply provides the appropriate wattage, charges the battery, and powers the laptop.
Secondary functions (keyboard, touchpad, ports, etc.) are also tested and guaranteed working. All functions are operational, unless otherwise noted in the condition description. We can provide replacement parts for most laptop models, if necessary. Please contact us as soon as possible if replacement parts are needed.
