NEOGEO’s liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which NEOGEO is responsible.
If a shipment is lost or damaged as a result of a carrier a claim will be made. Refunds will not be given until a carrier has completed their investigation and provided us with a claim cheque. Refunds or replacement products will not be given under any circumstances until the carrier's investigation is complete.
