Our phone cases:
Cases are designed to protect you phone from damage at the same time reflecting your interests, passion, hobby or anything that is special to you or loved ones around you. Design is printed directly on your phone case and cured with UV light, high quality print is scratch resistant and will not fade or rub off for long time, every case is inspected before shipping to ensure high quality for every order. You are offerding/buying only phone case not phone illustrated in images.
Materials andcolour:
We offer 2 kinds of cases - hard plastic and gel/TPU. Phone cases are transparent, except design, design is solid colour. We will offer more kinds of phone cases in the future, subscribe for news and keep yourself updated.
Assembling and dissembling, ports and openings:
All cases are Snap-On cases and do not require any dissembling of your phone. Please do not use any tools to remove your phone cover from the phone, it might cause damage to your phone, we can\'t take responsibility if you do so. Rubber and plastic cases might have different types of button and port openings please check images to ensure if they are suitable for you, charger openings are designed to be used with original chargers.
Designs:
The print covers back of the case slightly overlapping over the edges as much as printer allows keeping the edge of the print sharp, it does not cover sides of the phone case. The print is scratch resistant, but we don’t recommend to keep your phone case with metal objects such as keys coins’ materials that are sharp and other hard materials. If you would like to use your own image we are happy to help, please note that better the quality of the image the better the quality of the print, the image used has to be in high resolution. In rear cases thecolourtone of the image can be slightly different in real life than the one shown in images, it is because every monitor or device will show the image slightly different depending on settings and performance specifications.
Shipping:
The order will be dispatched within 24h after the payment is cleared Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed next business day. If the shipping takes more than 15 (Europe) and 20 (rest of the world) business days please contact us, according to our local post office policies package is considered lost after 30 days from the date it was dispatched. The shipping time can be different to estimated delivery time, it is because calculates it automatically and it is not in our control to change it. Combined postage costs are available. For combined postage to take effect first add items to shopping cart only after proceed to checkout. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping costs includes postage and packaging +labourcost. Items are shipped via standard international shipping which doesn\'t include tracking option however if you buy multiple items or the package is over 50 grams it will be dispatched with on-line tracking option. On-line information will be visible on local post office web page and as soon as there is a record of it in destination country if it supports the tracking system used by origin post office. Packages with on-line tracking option can be tracked here (track-trace.com/post).Once items are handed to shipping services it is not in our control to effect shipping time, it can be delayed due to transit operation, working speed of sortingcenters, bank holidays in different countries, natural disasters etc.
Returns:
Returns are accepted once the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt and returned in unused condition, please make sure the items are well packed, we will not refund damaged or lost items. Please add a note with your ID and return reason to package content. If the item is damaged, faulty or not as described (in other words problem is our fault) please contact us. Sometimes allwe need is a photo. If we need you to return the item, we will refund return postage at the same rate we charged you to post it. If you have received your item but have changed your mind about buying, then we still accept the return but we will refund only item cost.
