This sale is for a lot of 5 hard to find reels of DEC Tape, manufactured by Digital Equipment Corporation for the PDP 1, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, or the PDP 5/8, according to label on the reels. These appear to have been used at one point. There are handwritten labels on some of the reels.

We don’t know what, if anything, are on these tapes.

These came from the estate of a DC-area engineer who worked on the federal government’s early acquisition of computers. We will be listing other rare and interesting pieces soon so please check back on our other sales.
