Payments

MET Servers offers the following payment options through : PayPal, check, or certified funds. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit card payment can always be made through PayPal. PayPal is our preferred method of payment and will always ship to a PayPal verified address.

Sale tax of 8.25% must be paid for any order shipping in the state of Texas. If you are shipping within Texas but have a sales tax exemption, then please call us prior to completing the purchase.

Please remit payment within 48 hours once you purchase the item / your offer gets accepted . We will only reserve the product for 2 business days.

Shipping

Orders for parts are shipped within 24 hours after purchase. Systems require in-depth testing by our technicians and thus are shipped within 72 hours of purchase. These timeframes don\'t apply to bulk orders. If you have a deadline to meet, please contact us so that we can expedite processing your purchase.

We typically use UPS or FedEx and shipping cost includes insurance and tracking. For low weight items, we may use USPS instead.

We offer overnight shipping on all parts. Please call us for next-day or two-day shipping.

We require adult signature for most purchases. Please contact us if this is an issue.

International customers are responsible for all the shipping charges including returns. Our shipping quotes on are only applicable to the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, other territories , please contact us.We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO.

We process orders from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm CDT. We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays. We try our best to put our store in vacation mode when it is an extended holiday.

Returns

Please read the following before returning any item, to avoid any delays:
An RMA number must be obtained before returning any item; note that parts coming back without RMA numbers will be refused.
The RMA number must be referenced on the airway-bill, otherwise you may incur delays.
RMA\'s are valid for 20 days after issuing date.
Check parts for our serial numbers before sending back.
Reference the RMA number outside of box
Do not use our account for returns unless authorized by MET.
If returned on our account without proper authorization, all shipping costs will be deducted from the credit memo.
All parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if tested good upon arrival.
30 day warranty issued for most parts, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

A new Purchase Order must be issued for all replacement orders, please contact your sales Rep for further details.
Do not use the credit from your credit memo until authorized by our accounting department, we must receive parts back first.

Warranty

Our servers and parts are tested for full functions, R2/Ready for Reuse. We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery on any item that is considered fully or partially defective. This does not apply to any product that is explicitly sold in as-is condition, or if we explicitly mention a different warranty for that item.

Below are our policies on dealing with refunds for a RMA. For defective parts/systems:
Once a RMA is initiated, we will cover return shipping costs on bad parts if applicable. We will also ship a replacement parts at no additional cost if the product is available in our inventory. If the product is not currently available, then upon receipt of the item, we will issue a refund for the price of the product (not including shipping fees).

Our systems warranty is parts replacement. We will work with you to diagnose the issues, and upon determining the bad parts we will ship out replacements and get those bad parts shipped back to us. For working parts/systems:
Once a RMA is initiated, we will provide instructions for how to return the product to us. We are able to provide a FedEx/UPS air-bill at our preferred rates to lower the cost to you. In addition, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on the original price of the item (not including shipping fees). If the cost of return shipping and restocking fee are lower than the original payment, then we will appropriately deduct those when issuing the refund.
