This Dell PowerEdge 1950 Gen 2 Rack-Mountable 1U Server is in good, clean condition. We have taken care of getting these units configured to meet our standards in quality. Some may show signs of use, scratches on either the lid or under the server. This is due to pallet stacking of the units; despite that these were pulled from a climate controlled facility. Please make sure to check out our specifications table below for what is and isn\'t included.

That\'s right, we perform a clean install on each server. For most servers, we load a clean install of Windows 2008 Server evaluation edition. We also perform the Dell OpenManage PowerEdge updates, bringing the components like the system bios, PERC RAID, network interface and other Dell drivers up to their latest version. We can spend hours refurbishing a server. We don\'t use ghost images because they are unreliable across different configurations and third party components. When a server goes out our door, we know that it is ready for a production environment.

All items we sell that aren\'t marked as \"for parts or repair\" offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date it was received. Our products are in guaranteed working(see exceptions) condition before leaving our warehouse. We do not guarantee any sort of manufacturer warranties if one exists.

Any products marked as \"for parts or repair\" have no guarantees, and we do not accept returns for these items.
Replacements and Returns
Here at ServerPallets we understand the frustration of a product not functioning properly. If you receive a product like this, please contact us through and allow us to respond in as timely a manner as possible.
We have an excellent rating and will always stand behind our products. All RMA items must be returned in their original condition and must include all items including the packaging. If the returned item has additional damage(dented, chipped, cracked, etc.) or is missing items, a fair estimated value will be returned.
We reserve the right to replace a dysfunctional item first. If we are unable to replace it a refund for your purchase will be issued.
A 20% restocking fee applies to returns due to customer errors or items returned that are tested and working appropriately. Returned shipments must include tracking on the shipment.
