This is DELL CERTIFIED REFURBISHED backplane. We opened the antistatic bag only to put a temper proof warranty sticker. We will not honor warranty replacement on this part if the sticker was tempered with or removed.

Dell part numbers on motherboards are most often located underneath one of the DIMM slots of RAM. If you are unable to find it there, you may have to remove the motherboard from the laptop to find the sticker. Make sure that the sticker you are looking for is more directly on the motherboard and not on an attached part. The motherboard part number always follows CN-0******

Here is an example of a Dell Motherboard part number (H5935) located below this RAM slot.

There is possibility that your laptop may fit motherboard with other part numbers. Send us an email and we will help you select correct board.
