Shipping
All items are shipped either via FedEx or USPS.In most cases, we ship orders within 24 hours, after receiving your payment. Express deliveries via FedEx are available upon request. We doallow customersto use their ownFedEx account on large server orders ONLY; However,we docharge a flat fee of $20 onExpressand $10 on Ground shipping. No local pickup is allowed. All items must be shipped. We use top of the line shipping supplies to make sure that your item arrives safely. Packagesto PR/APO/FPO HI/Alaska and similar locations willrequire extra payment in postage. We only ship to the address on your Paypal payment.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted within 30 daysfrom the date of purchase. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable under the 20% restocking fee policy. We keep track of serial numbers on every item we sell. Returned items with serial number that do not match our records will be refused and reported to and your local law enforcement. RMA is required on all returns. Returns without an RMA, will be rejected.
Warranty
Wewill warranty all purchases for 30 days, from the date the client receives the package. No return or exchange will be accepted outside the 30 days window. There is no exceptions to this policy. Please test all items upon arrival and report any issues immediately. We are not responsible for any damage or losses related to your project orenvironment(data / software / network / server / rack / building) where purchased parts are installed; Modifications to any parts sold will void our warranty. Client is responsible for shipping the original defective item(s) back to us for warranty repairs, fully insured against damage or loss. In case of damage or loss, client will be responsible for initiating a claim with the shipping carrier. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any refunded merchandise, that we are able to fix or exchange under warranty. Any claims or disputes made through Paypal or any other entity will void yourwarranty.
Sales tax
We are required by the State of Texas, to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders placed within Texas. If your company is tax exempt in Texas, please email us your tax exempt paper work before you pay for the item.
international
International customers are always welcome! We ship almost to all countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us. International custom & duty fees are always the responsibility of the buyer. Postage to some international locations is higher than our published postage. In these cases, we give the buyer the option to cover the extra postage or cancel the transaction. We may be able to offer a shipping discount, if you buy items in bulk. Please note that international shipments may be delayed up to 1 month due to USPS or Custom\'s hold up. We are not responsible for this delay. We will work with you on resolving any shipping issues, only after 30 days have elapsed from the date of the shipment. Please do not ask us to alter item(s) value to avoid paying custom\'s fees. Such requests will be denied.

LEGAL
The sole and exclusive venue for any lawsuit arising from any transaction on any products we sell, shall be the Collin County Civil Courts of Collin County, Texas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that does not comply with our terms.
