item - 8pc lot of NOS (new, old stock) 1mb 20pin DRAM DIP chips, 70ns Mitsubishi 5V FPM (Fast Page Mode). Each chip is 256k x 4 bits (or 1 megabit) thus 8 chips equal 1 megabyte (non-parity). This is the most common \"large\" DIP for legacy Apple II, Amiga, etc RAM expansion (over 1 MB max). The most common \"small\" DIP (1 MB max & under) is the 256k x 1 16pin DIP (see other listings).Make sure to check your DIP sockets (pin count) and memory manager specs for Fast Page Mode and capacity - some memory managers allow multiple capacity chips (256x1 or 256x4, etc) but rarely mixed.I currently have 3 non-parity DIP memory listings (price parity + shipping) 8pc lots of 16pin 80ns 256k x 1 at $6/lot = $.75/chip = $24/MB
8pc lots of 18pin 80ns 1mb x 1 at $20/lot = $2.5/chip = $20/MB
