This card has been tested with Wolfenstein 3D Spear of Destiny (this game is not included) which automatically detected this card. The sound was clear and crisp! The volume adjust work great with little to no static! No drivers are included, however, most DOS games that support digital sound will be compatible with this card. Make sure to set the jumpers according to your PC configuration so that this sound card wont conflict with your existing hardware. Plenty of free manuals can be found online for this card.
