SHIPPING TERMS:
- Ground UPS is the default shipping mode for the DOMESTIC orders being shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States.
- We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO.
- Additional Shipping Fees apply for packages going to Alaska or Hawaii.
- PayPal Confirmed Addresses must be provided if order is paid via PayPal.
- We do strive to ship the orders ASAP (in most cases same or next day). But please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Tracking info will be sent to the email address listed with your PayPal payment once the order ships out.

PAYMENT TERMS:
- PayPal Payments - Credit cards and e-check payments are accepted through PayPal. TelNetLiquid LLC is only authorized to ship to addresses confirmed on the buyer's PayPal account.
- Your order will be shipped to the address listed with your PayPal payment.
- All orders must be paid in full within 48 hours of the sale end .
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS for amounts exceeding $1000 should be paid via bank transfer unless other arrangements have been done prior the sale end.
- INTETNATIONAL BUYERS are responsible of paying CUSTOMS/DUTIES/BROKERAGE FEES in accordance with their country and local laws, such fees are usually billed separately by the carrier and are due upon cargo/package arrival.
- TelnetLiquid LLC reserves the right to cancel any suspicious transaction.
- Maryland Sales Tax of 6% will be charged to all orders shipped to Maryland addresses.
WARRANTY TERMS:
- Many of our products sold are pre-owned or refurbished unless otherwise stated.
- All hardware purchased from TelNetLiquid LLC comes with 7 day DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Customers have 7 days after order arrives to notify TelNetLiquid LLC in writing if they would like to return the product(s) for exchange due to hardware failure.
- Replacement will be provided for failed items under DOA warranty. If no replacement is available, customer will be granted the refund for the failed component (if the component is a part of the system or a bulk order, the amount of the refund would be calculated on prorated basis).
- We sell hardware ONLY, and DOA warranty covers hardware failure only. Therefore any software, licensing, password or compatibility issues are not covered by our DOA warranty.
- Compatibility for particular use or for use with other hardware must be researched by the buyer prior to purchasing the item. Compatibility issues would NOT be covered under DOA warranty.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, in case of RMA, Warranty Repair or Return for Refund.
- A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for all returns.
