shipping of items will occur after payment received and cleared. Shipping will be by usps or fed ex. If the weight of the item, package size and/or your location make the actual shipping cost exceed the flat rate fee, you will be asked to pay the difference to cover shipping costs and will be sent an invoice for the difference.Item will ship when shipping and item invoice have been paid.In most cases, the flat fee is enough to cover shipping but sometimes fuel surcharges, home delivery, weight & size of package & location may exceed the flat fee shipping fee.

items "sold as is" or "for parts / not working" or "untested" (unless a DOA Warranty is specified) are truly sold as is and can not be returned. buyer also agrees not to pursue a refund or claim via ,paypal or us or post negative response if item does not work or does not meet their satisfaction.
For DOA warranty returns and/or "item not as described",buyer must return item in condition sent at their expense with a description of the problem within 7 days and contact us within 3 days after receiving item.
for damaged items in shipping, a claim with the shipper may be filed.
buyer agrees to pay additional fee if shipping exceeds the flat shipping fee paid, to cover shipping cost. if this occurs, we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping cost.
