Basically, the aluminum case shields any stray frequencies from being picked up by our enemies.We have tested this item and it does power on, however,it does appear to have some mechanical issues.Please refer to the test log below for further information.This item is in overall good physical condition, there is sticker residue, and there are noticeable scratches,scuff marks,and yellowing due to age, but no major visible physical damage.Listed below are the key functions tested and their results:
