Part number on front page of manual is 00F9593. No number on spine. I purchased this item new. It has not seen the light of day for 20+ years. Stored in cool, dry office. Package is in excellent condition. Dust cover has some minor wear as shown in picture (not bad for a 30 year old part!) I have no hardware to test, so selling AS IS.
