Vintage Radio Shack TRS-80 Color Computer with books and software cartridges
Price: US $120.00
RESCUED FROM MY MOM\'S BASEMENTVintage TRS-80 Color Computer in what I think is the original box. I have no idea if it still works. I have no analog monitor to test it with, so this is an AS IS sale. I make no guarantees that it still works.
Please note, NO DISPLAY IS INCLUDED. You will need an old, analog television or monitor with either RCA or VHF antenna inputs for a display. I don\'t think this will work with any modern video monitors or televisions without some kind of converter. What is included (see photos):
  • TRS-80 Color Computer, Model # 26-3004A, Serial # 0051742
  • Original Dust Cover and packing slip
  • Operation Manual
  • 1983 TRS-80 Catalog, Catalog No. RSC-9
  • Book - Getting Started With Color Basic, Copyright 1981 Tandy Corporation
  • Book - Going Ahead With Extended Color Basic (TRS-80 Color Computer 2), Copyright 1981 Tandy Corporation
  • TRS-80 Color Basic and Extended Color Basic reference sheet (Radio Shack #8759101)
  • Radio Shack Typing Tutor Program Pak cartridge with instruction book, Cat. No. 26-3152
  • Radio Shack Personal Finance Program Pak cartridge with instruction book, in original box, Cat. No. 26-3101
  • Video Adapter - A/B switch to change input from TV antenna to computer. RCA connector to computer, VHF antenna terminals for antenna and television. This will NOT work with modern displays or televisions.
  • Male to Male RCA Video Cable approximately 6 feet long (to connect video adapter or analog monitor to computer video output)
  • TRS-80 to Cassette Recorder Connection Cable - you could load programs from or save programs to a cassette recorder. This cable is a 4 pin DIN plug to three mini plugs.
The warranty sticker has been voided because, I think, a chip was added for Extended Color Basic, but I\'m not sure. All the books are worn and have some loose pages, but are all readable. NOTHING is in mint condition. The plastic dust cover looks like it\'s in decent shape, but is starting to degrade and is a little tacky to the touch. I have tried to clean it up as best I can, but I\'m afraid to use anything too aggressive so as not to damage it. Please feel free to email me with any questions and I will answer them as best I can. Thanks for offerding!
