Description Asuperblarge rare English antiqueBritannia 958 standard solid silver candle snuffer by the regarded silversmith George Fox, in lovely condition and with full English silver hallmarks for London 1906. Excellent qualitygenuine109 year old sterling silver example and in the much more uncommon higher grade of silver. Handsome size with an attractive \"cross\" handle and with a good heavy silver weight, approx. 68 grams. There are no engraved monograms or crests.
MeasurementsGreat size, measures approx.4.3 inches (109mm) inheightand is 1.65 inches (42mm) in diameter across the base.
