Excellent, original WWII US M4 bayonet for the M1 Carbine. The blade is 6 5/8\", w/VERY minimal (and only 1 spot) sharpening and 80% original finish remaining.. Excellent, clean edge. The guard is tight and marked \"U.S.M4 IMPERIAL\" w/ordnance mark. Leather grip is also excellent. Pommel is clean, and marked \"SI\" and \"53\". Comes in an excellent \"USM8 B.M.
