Instructions: Pour the contents of 1 of each bottle (absinthe essence 55mg thujone + wormwood essence 35 mg thujone)and (optional) 2.5oz. (1/3 cup) of granulated sugar into a 750ml bottle, fill 3/4 full withstrong alcohol(at least 100 proof vodka is needed (Smirnoff Blue Label), but the best way is to use 1/2 195 proof grain alcohol (everclear, or there is Polmos SPIRYTUS REKTYFIKOWANY, Product of Poland which is 192 proof) and 1/2 80 proof vodka, for a proof of 135 to 137, which most European absinthe is between 125 and 140 proof). shake until sugar is dissolved. Top up the bottle and shake until the contents have fully blended.
the absinthe will not louche if the alcohol is less than 100 proof
