Good Minus condition with supple cream to off-white pages. Spine wear to covers and along spine of first interior page wrap. Please note that there is some \"dry glue residue\" along parts of the inside cover spine and along the spine of the first interior page wrap (covers were previously glued to the first wrap but have since been separated; just some small areas of what CGC would call \"dried glue\" (i.e., it serves no purpose but it’s still there). I’m almost certain that as-is, CGC would still put this book in a blue holder, but if you took a few minutes and carefully scraped away some of this excess dried glue, the grade would likely stay the same and it would certainly be treated as a blue label, unrestored book by CGC. Several detached (but present) centerfold wraps, with some light stress along the right edge of these pages. Some light dirt to back cover and a few pages.

Aside from the spine wear, this is a nice, solid copy!
