Up for sale is Adventure Comics 39 from June 1939. It contains the 1st mention of marijuana in comics. This is definitely a reader copy, but from what I know and can tell, it is complete. The pages are brittle and flaking off. The spine is completely split (see picture). Many of the pages are loose and a few of them are folded over slightly upon themselves (see picture).
