Beautiful brown Aesthetic Movement pewter lidded syruppitcher.Motifs typical of the style, Japanese/Asian dragon handle.Scenic landscape insets on a background of grasses, daisy\'s and fruit blossoms.Fruit tree blossoms were a popular Aesthetic Movement flower.Possibly 1880s. Paint still good, even on the handle.Very good condition for age. Clean inside with only the one flake. Only browning is around the flake and lid attachment on the one side.
