Up for sale is a vintage American Flyer O and standard gauge # 2209 single arm lamp post. As may be seen in the photos, this accessory item is in good condition. The base has some chips in the finish as does the post. The lamp shade has an area on one side where the paint is missing and the base brass shade material shows as may be seen in the fifth photo. In looking at the final photo you will notice one wire comes down through the post but there is not a second wire. That wire is broken off under the brass washer that has a grommet that holds it in place. I put a clip to the wire and touched the base with the other clip and the lamp worked. I took a small piece of wire and temporarily tucked it under the brass washer and tested it again and the light worked again. So while I will not leave it tucked in for shipping I can assure you it is easy to hook up the light without having to do major work or soldering a wire to the brass washer. Although this accessory piece is not perfect it would still look good on a prewar oriented layout. Thanks for looking and good luck offerding!

If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Nicholas Smith Trains will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office, nor will we be held responsible for any additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge.
** We will combine items to save you money whenever possible.
** We generally charge 1-2 dollars for packing and handling. However, larger items or an sale with multiple items (a train set for example) may incur a larger handling fee. If you check my response you will see manycomments about the quality of my packaging. However I remind you good packing takes time and costs money.
** When shipping via UPS we are not able to ship to P.O. or A.P.O Boxes. An actual street address is required.
PAYMENT POLICIES
** If you win multiple items do not pay until you have received an invoice from me combining shipping and handling costs.
** Full payment of invoice is expected within 7 days of sending your invoice. If we do not receive your payment in that time frame and you have not notified us of special circumstances, we will use the Non Paying buyer Alert system to remind you of your obligation.
** Payment - We prefer PayPal.
** Pick-up at Nicholas Smith Trains, 2343 West Chester Pike, Bromall, PA 19008 with the option of additional payment arrangements can be accommodated.
** Pennsylvania residents will pay 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax. If you are a Pennsylvania business and have an exemption certificate you must contact me directly before the close of the sale to make arrangements to place your exemption certificate on file. Failure to forward you certificate as required will result in your being charged sales tax.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
