Offered is a mahogany, weight driven, New England banjo clock, Circa, 1830-1850.Clock is running, glasses appear original, but perhaps done by an apprentice asthe bottom oval is not painted or completed smoothly. Original dial is veryclean. Works are stamped RSJ. Top has a crest piece that held a brass finial oreagle (missing). Original key included. Dimensions: 29.25” tall with a 7.75”dial X 3.75” deep. Weight will be shipped in a separate USPS flat rate priority mail box.
