This crock is in Excellent Condition with 1 very slight old tight hairline that extends from the top rim downward 4 1/2\". You can just feel it with your fingernail at the top then it trails down to below the glaze spider line. It is guaranteed 100% secure and sound, the crock rings true when you tap it. There are no chips, cracks, and or repairs. You can refer to the pictures, we guarantee 100% you will be more than happy with the excellent condition. The crock measures 9 3/4\" tall x 12 3/4\" at the top rim x 13 1/4\" wide x 12 5/8\" at the base and weighs approximately 14lb. The crock is marked impressed George Peck No 9 Water St. Newburgh N.Y. and washed in blue along with an impressed 4 for gallons. The crock has a great squat large form with hand applied handles. A wonderful large bright cobalt blue bird on branch decoration. A great example of New York Stoneware, very clean, this crock would make a great addition to anyone\'s collection or home.
